With 25 years in the industry and almost 17 of those at Susan Matthew, Colleen brings experience, heart, and honesty to every appointment.

Formal styling may be her favorite, but putting a smile on someone’s face is what truly fills her cup. She believes that trusting relationships with her clients are everything—and she’ll always give you her honest, professional opinion when it comes to your hair.

Colleen also has a passion for mentoring and guiding the next generation of hairstylists, sharing the knowledge she’s gained over decades behind the chair.

When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her with her kids—coaching her 16-year-old daughter on the softball field or cheering on her 12-year-old son at any sporting event.

She has had the pleasure of working behind the chair for 14 years, and it’s been the most rewarding journey. With a lifelong creative niche, hair has been the perfect outlet—allowing her to create, transform, and help clients feel genuinely beautiful every single day.

She specializes in blondes and bridal hair, and truly loves the artistry behind both. From bright, lived-in, dimensional blonding to soft, romantic bridal styles, these services are where her passion really shines.

What Dana cherishes most, though, are the connections. A true empath at heart, she values building real, meaningful relationships with every client who sits in her chair.

When she’s not in the salon, you’ll likely find her at Starbucks with a shaken espresso, chasing after her three kids who keep her on the go, or squeezing in a workout at the gym. ☕💪
